Shipping and Delivery Terms

Our standard shipping rates are 25.00 AED within the Emirate of Dubai, 50.00 AED for other regions of the United Arab Emirates and 180.00 AED within other GCC countries.  You can purchase products from our store from outside of the GCC for delivery within the GCC region only.   If you are outside of the GCC you will need to call us to place your order and we will confirm shipping charges with you by telephone.

Your order is only accepted when you are notified by email, delivery within the UAE is normally within 24-48 hours, we make zero warranty as to the availability of products or the acceptance of your order until we have accepted the order and notified you of delivery.  If you are experiencing pain of the feet, shins, ankles or knees or if you are unsure of what product to purchase we recommend that you book an appointment with your podiatrist or qualified medical practitioner for advice prior to purchasing online.

Free delivery on orders of 500 AED or over is provided within the UAE only.
